Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include the amounts listed at checkout. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch.

Rivon currently accepts Cash on Delivery only. Payment is collected by the courier when your parcel is delivered.

Delivery times vary by district and courier. The delivery charge is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can resolve it.
